If you order from the office, you will only receive an original paper statement. This will be sent to you by post. The ordering process usually takes several days.
With Betreibungsschalter-Plus, you order online and receive the statement electronically, usually within one working day or even on the same day. You complete the entire process online and then have access to the original at any time. In addition, the debt collection extract has an electronic seal (Swiss Trust Chain from Swisscom/Post) and can be checked online by a third party at any time.
Our price is made up as follows:

CHF 2.00 credit card and processing fee
CHF 8.00 Unlimited coded access and verification system, whereby each PDF and print copy corresponds to an original.

The delivery time of a statement depends on the respective office. In our experience, the offices deliver the extract within 24 hours in over 92 per cent of cases. We will forward the extract to you immediately. We are currently working on being able to offer you individual, precise predictions on delivery times for each office in the future.

The easiest way by far is to contact our bot. After simple authentication, it will provide you with the debt collection extract directly for download.
Send us your signature (sign on white paper and take a photo) and a copy of your ID card as an attachment to info@collecta.ch, then we can complete and execute the order for you.
The eSchKG declaration is required by the debt collection offices if you do not have a Sedex number. With the declaration, you give your consent for Collecta AG to transmit and receive data electronically to and from the debt collection office in your name via eSchKG (federal standard for the exchange of electronic debt collection data). You only need to sign the declaration when you place your first order.
As soon as you send us your declaration, the eBetreibung is transmitted electronically to the debt enforcement office. The entire debt enforcement process is then handled electronically with the debt enforcement office. The system monitors the deadlines. If further steps are necessary, the system will show you the case in the corresponding section.
